Dr. Nillie Teymouri is a CQC-registered consultant osteopath, naturopath, and registered practitioner in Medical Acupuncture. She completed medical immunology training at Imperial College London and holds an honours degree in Biomedical Sciences from King’s College London. Dr. Teymouri obtained a Bachelor of Medicine in Osteopathy, completed a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, and has also undertaken a management course at Stockholm University.

Dr. Teymouri has over two decades of clinical experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including complex and persistent presentations, using structural osteopathy, naturopathy, and medical acupuncture. She takes an individual, patient-centred approach, supporting patients across all ages from newborns to older adults including elite athletes, high-performing professionals, and individuals working in performance-led industries. Her clinical experience includes supporting clients associated with internationally recognised entertainment productions, including Cirque du Soleil and the Franco Dragone Entertainment Group. Her areas of clinical interest include the management of musculoskeletal and disc pain (acute and chronic), as well as pregnancy and postpartum care. She also provides osteopathic check-ups for newborn babies, which can be particularly helpful in identifying and addressing feeding issues early. For postpartum women, she often recommends osteopathic evaluation within the first six weeks after delivery to support recovery and restore mobility. Dr. Teymouri’s naturopathy practice takes a natural and integrative approach, supporting a range of acute and chronic concerns such as digestive issues, hormonal imbalance, and skin concerns, with a strong emphasis on prevention. Where appropriate, she uses functional medicine testing to explore contributing factors and may integrate nutritional assessment, lifestyle counselling, herbal therapies, and targeted supplementation. She is recognised by major medical insurers, including BUPA, AXA PPP, Norwich Union, WPA, and Cigna.
