Most patients feel little to no discomfort. The needles are very thin and treatments are relaxing.

Do I need a referral from my GP?

No, you do not need a referral to see us. Our osteopaths and acupuncturists accept both self-referrals and insurance-based patients.

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected circumstances may occasionally require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

To avoid a cancellation charge, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. This enables us to offer your appointment to another patient.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or appointments missed without notice (no-shows), will be charged the full appointment fee.

Providing at least 48 hours' notice allows you to cancel or reschedule your appointment without a cancellation charge. However, it does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid treatments or packages, which remain subject to the clinic's Refund Policy.

Cancellation and no-show fees are the responsibility of the patient and must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked.

If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Any waiver of cancellation fees will be at the sole discretion of the clinic.

PREPAYMENT OFFERS & REFUND POLICY ON PACKAGES

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to charsarahirst@protonmail.com

Refunds requested within 7 days of purchase may be considered, provided no treatment has been received. All approved refunds are subject to a 20% administrative fee, which covers payment processing and administrative costs.

Please note that providing at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment avoids a cancellation charge only. It does not entitle a patient to a refund of prepaid treatments or packages outside this Refund Policy.

Refunds cannot be provided:

More than 7 days after the date of purchase.
Once treatment or any part of a prepaid package has been used.
For completed services that have already been rendered.

Medical Reports

Medical reports are available upon request and are charged at a non-refundable flat fee, depending on the complexity and length of the report:

Short medical report: £75
Standard medical report: £150
Detailed medical report: £300

The applicable fee will be confirmed before the report is prepared, and payment must be made in advance.

If you have not attended the clinic within 30 days, your patient status may be considered inactive and your records archived in accordance with our record management procedures.

We accept payment by cash, debit and credit cards (including Mastercard, Maestro and Apple Pay), bank transfer, and secure online payment links.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
